Nicole J. Christopoulos

Nicole leads Summit’s internal talent strategy: attracting, retaining and maximizing the impact of talent at Summit. Additionally, she works with Summit’s portfolio companies to increase the effectiveness of their organizations and people.

Prior to Summit, Nicole was the Director of Strategy at BrightHouse, a Boston Consulting Group company that specializes in harnessing the power of purpose to transform organizations. Previously, she worked for the Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader and Deutsche Bank where she held roles in talent acquisition and human resources.

Nicole holds a BS in human development from Cornell University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
