Chelsea Sloan Carroll

Chelsea Sloan Carroll serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Summit Recommerce Group since August 2018, leading the largest franchisee of Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate with operations across North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana. Carroll is also a Board Member at BaseCamp Franchising since January 2014, contributing to the governance of franchise concepts that facilitate clothing and kids gear transactions within communities. Previously, Carroll founded and served as President of Uptown Cheapskate from March 2009 to October 2022, where responsibilities included brand development, operational systems, and franchise training. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for Arches Mutual Insurance Company, where support was provided during the establishment of Utah's non-profit health insurance co-op, and working as a Regional Support Specialist for Kid to Kid from August 2002 to August 2006. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Utah.
