Darci Gutfreund has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Darci started their career at L'Oreal USA in 1997, where they held various roles such as Redken Sales Educator, Redken Chain Educator Manager, and Director of Training. In these positions, they coached and developed teams, planned and facilitated training events, and collaborated with various stakeholders to create and implement education programs. Darci then joined Summit Salon Business Center in 2015 as the Director of Client Engagement, responsible for growing the company's product sales, consulting services, and Summit Salon Academy. Darci is known for their strong communication skills and their ability to provide resources and solutions to drive business growth.

Darci Gutfreund completed their education at Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication. Darci attended the university from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied at Oakland Community College from 2006 to 2014, earning an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.
