Kathryn Fransen

Kathryn (Katie) Fransen, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs at Summit Therapeutics, Inc., a role held since June 2021, after advancing from Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs. Prior experience includes positions at US WorldMeds, where responsibilities ranged from Clinical Regulatory Affairs Manager to Regulatory Affairs Associate in Clinical Operations from January 2016 to June 2021. Kathryn also contributed to academic research and teaching as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Statistics Course Instructor at the University of Louisville in 2015, and as a Doctoral Candidate with a focus on Experimental Psychology and Neuroscience at the same institution from 2007 to 2014. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences and Biology from Indiana University Bloomington.
