As the Vice President of Operations, Mike has responsibility for employee development, customer satisfaction, driving high customer ROI, and organic growth. Mike has over 25 years of experience as a business owner, strategic advisor, and energetic leader of several growth stage government consulting companies. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He has certifications as a PMP, Scrum Master, and ITIL Foundations Practitioner.
