Fran Keane-Foster

Fran Keane-Foster comes to the SummitStone Health Partners team from Aetna Insurance, where she was the Manager of Products & Regulatory Approvals as well as the Privacy Manager for the Client Regulatory Affairs & Risk Management department. Prior to Aetna, Fran was General Counsel and Privacy Officer of WINHealth Partners, a Wyoming HMO. She has 15 years of healthcare compliance and legal experience which includes work with providers, hospitals, insurance companies and employers. She has her JD degree from Stetson University and an LLM in Healthcare Law and Compliance from Loyola University Chicago. Fran has practiced law in Florida, Colorado and Wyoming.
