Cari Lambrecht

Cari Lambrecht has a strong background in marketing and communications. Cari is currently the Director of Marketing Communications at Sumner Regional Medical Center since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, starting as a Reporter at The Monitor Newspaper in June 2004, and then transitioning to various marketing roles at South Texas Health System from March 2011 to February 2019. Cari held positions such as Public Relations Coordinator and Marketing Manager. Cari also worked as a Public Information Officer for Hidalgo County, Texas from 2007 to 2011. At Vanderbilt University Medical Center, they served as the Lead Market Development Manager from July 2021 to February 2022 and as the Senior Market Development Manager from January 2020 to July 2021. Additionally, they held the position of Manager of Market Development from April 2019 to January 2020, focusing on women's health and surgical service lines at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital.

Cari Lambrecht completed their education at various institutions. Cari began their academic journey at The University of Texas at Austin, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. Following this, they pursued further studies at Texas State University, earning a certification in Certified Public Manager. Lambrecht later enrolled at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they obtained additional certifications, including a Bronze Fellow certification from the Mayo Clinic Center for Social Media Residency Program and another certification in Certified Public Manager from the Texas Certified Public Manager Program, offered by the William P. Hobby Center for Public Service of Texas State University and The University of Texas Pan American.
