Kristina Klymchuk

Kristina Klymchuk, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at SumUp, where responsibilities include providing HR support to the Engineering and Product leadership teams, employee engagement facilitation, performance management, compensation and benefits, and managing the onboarding process. Previously, Klymchuk held the position of Head of People at Digital Chain Agency and worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at ZEO Alliance, focusing on HR services, performance management, and internal communications. Additional experience includes an HR People Partner role at Ciklum, where support was provided to distributed teams across multiple countries, and a Junior Training and Development Specialist position at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Klymchuk holds a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Kyiv National Linguistics University and completed training at Crossculture Academy and Siegel HR in 2017.
