Danny Vega, MA, MS, PHR has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Danny began their career in 1980 as a Personnel Administration Chief in the U.S. Marine Corps, where they supervised a team of clerks and managed daily operations of a Personnel Administration Center. Danny also coordinated work schedules, improved office efficiency, and ensured compliance with financial management regulations.

After leaving the Marine Corps in 1993, Danny Vega continued their career as a Personnel Officer and Chief Warrant Officer-3. In this role, they directed and advised executive staffs on the management, administration, and training of over 10,000 Marines. Danny also developed cost-saving business practices and was responsible for operating budgets, travel allowances, and service contracts.

In 2004, Danny Vega joined Grande Communications Networks LLC as a Human Resources Manager. Danny provided employee relations support to multiple retail markets throughout Texas and assisted management teams with recruitment, performance reviews, retention, and exit interviews. Danny also administered compensation and benefits plans.

Since 2014, Danny Vega has been working at Sun Action Trackers LLC as the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs. Danny is responsible for aligning the strategic objectives of the business with employees and management in designated business units. Danny serves as a consultant to the senior leadership team on various HR, safety, general affairs, and IT-related issues.

Additionally, in 2008, Danny obtained a Professional Certificate in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources at San Antonio College. Danny also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in December 2008.
