Kim Strassburger

Kim Strassburger, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at Sun Air Jets. Prior to their current role, they worked at Skye Wireless, LLC as an Operating Partner, where they directed and managed company growth and people strategy. Kim also held leadership positions at T-Mobile, including Senior Manager, Field Operations; Regional Manager Branded Operations; District Manager, National Retail; and Market Account Manager - Indirect Agents. Earlier in their career, Kim worked at AT&T Mobility, where they held roles such as Area Retail Sales Manager, Retail Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Lead Communication Specialist, and Sales Representative. Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.

Kim Strassburger, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus. Kim obtained their certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in December 2022.
