Olivier Naret has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Olivier is currently working as a Bioinformatician Lead at Doppl SA since January 2022. Previously, they worked at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) where they held multiple positions. Olivier served as a Postdoctoral Researcher from March 2021 to January 2022, focusing on the genetic architecture of complex human traits and genomic medicine. During their time as a PhD student at EPFL, Olivier developed a phenotype prediction method using artificial neural networks and implemented an online competition on the CrowdAI platform in collaboration with OpenSNP. Olivier also supervised student projects and taught courses on Probability and Statistics, Genetics and Genomics, and Genomics and Bioinformatics.
