Jorge Munoz

Jorge Munoz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membrane separation technology and water treatment. Currently serving as Global Technical Manager at Sun Chemical since March 2018, Jorge is responsible for new application development in membrane gas separation across various industries including medical, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals. Previously, Jorge was the Owner-President of Mega Waters Inc from February 2013 to March 2018, focusing on innovative solutions for gas removal in industrial process water. Jorge also held the position of Owner-VP Sales/Marketing at DPC Water Solutions and worked in sales at Pencco, Inc. With a background that includes over 22 years of experience at Membrana, Jorge has specialized knowledge in pervaporation, gas separation, and ultrafiltration membrane technologies. Jorge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mexico between 1978 and 1982.
