Michael Hirthammer

Michael Hirthammer has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as General Manager of SunChemical Group GmbH and Vice President of Printing Inks Technology at Sun Chemical since April 2000. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Technical Director for Sealants and Adhesives in the Automotive sector at Henkel from March 1986 to March 2000. Michael began a career in academia as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley from August 1984 to November 1985. Michael earned a Promotion degree in Chemie from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, completing studies from 1975 to 1984.
