Nirav Shah

Nirav Shah is a seasoned quality and production management professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Sun Chemical since July 2013, Nirav has led initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in key performance indicators, as well as the implementation of a Quality Management Module in SAP across Canadian locations. Prior roles include Production Manager at Sun Chemical, where leadership and operational efficiency were paramount, and Production Supervisor at Benlan Inc., where Nirav implemented 5S and developed data collection systems for productivity analysis. Previous positions at Royal Plastics Co. involved coordinating production control and supervising compound processes, while earlier experience at Asian Paints included participation in corporate improvement initiatives and commissioning of production plants. Nirav holds a Diploma in Project Management from Sheridan College, a Certificate in Operation Management from Centennial College, and has degrees in Oil, Fat and Waxes, and Industrial Chemistry from Sardar Patel University and S.P University, respectively.
