Victoria Walther has a strong work history in the field of tax and finance. Victoria started their career as a Finance Manager while working abroad from 1992 to 2000. Later, they joined Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Consultant from 2001 to 2005. Victoria then moved to Sun Chemical, where they held various roles including Tax Analyst from 2005 to 2006, European Tax Manager from 2006 to 2011, and currently serves as the Tax Director. In their roles, Victoria has gained experience in tax accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, research, and tax team management. Victoria has also been involved in M&A projects and tax audits support.

Victoria Walther has a diverse education history, with a focus on taxation and law. Victoria attended the IBFD Tax Academy in Amsterdam, where they completed courses on principles of international taxation and international tax English for practitioners in 2007. Before that, Victoria took internal courses at PwC, where they learned about communication, corporate income tax, VAT, and social security taxes from 2001 to 2005. In terms of higher education, they hold a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in tax law from the Kaliningrad Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Furthermore, Victoria has earned two additional Master's degrees, one in Economics from the Russian Academy of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov and another in History from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University.
