Kaylynn J. Mitchell, CPA, has over two decades of experience in various accounting roles. Kaylynn J. most recently worked as the Corporate Accounting Manager at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts, where they effectively managed a team and handled the posting of over 135 month-end journal entries, ensuring compliance with internal and SOX control regulations. Before that, they served as the Controller at The Damone Group/Cedarbrook Senior Living, overseeing project team draw packages, preparing AIA G702 and G703 forms, and reviewing subcontractor contracts and change orders.
