Tom Schwenke is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee benefits, HR operations, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Employee Benefits and HR Operations at Sun Country Airlines, Tom is responsible for overseeing health and welfare benefits, HR compliance, and leave administration, while leading a team of specialists.
