Amy Thompson possesses a robust background in human resources and operations, having held leadership roles such as AVP of Human Resources and AVP of HR Centers of Excellence at Sun Life Financial. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations & Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources at Disability RMS. Amy began a career in human resources at Unum, working as a recruiter and customer care specialist. Academic achievements include an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Maine and a B.A. in Political Science from the same institution.
