Cathy Marshall

Cathy Marshall serves as the Training & Learning Lead for People Services and Operations at Sun Life, a position held since March 2024. This role encompasses partnering with HRSS leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, design HR training strategies, and implement data-driven learning solutions. Prior to this, Cathy was a Learning and Development Consultant at Manulife, where responsibilities included developing strategic training roadmaps and mentoring teams. Cathy's experience spans various roles, with significant contributions as a National Education Consultant at Manulife Financial, where educational roadmaps were developed for external sponsors, and as a Professor at Sheridan College, focusing on adult education and instructional design. Cathy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Trinity Western University.
