Christina Martinez

Christina Martinez is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer relationship management and financial services. Currently serving as the Customer Relationship Management Manager at Sun Life since January 2010, Christina has held various roles including Manager of the Quality Team and in Operations & Clarifications for Offshore Financial Services in Ireland. Prior to joining Sun Life, Christina worked as a Senior Credit Controller at Irishbroadband and as a Billing Specialist at UPS. The career began at Chubb as a Senior Billing Specialist & Credit Controller from 1992 to 2002. Christina holds multiple qualifications, including a Diploma in Anti Money Laundering from ICAS, an ALM in Fraud Prevention from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland, and a Credit Management degree from Irish Credit Management, along with a higher diploma in insurance (CIP/QFA) from Tecnicatura Superior en Seguros.
