Colin Sien has extensive experience in IT service management and assurance, holding leadership positions in several prominent organizations. At Sun Life, Colin serves as the Director of IT Service Management, while previously leading service assurance efforts at Manulife as the Director of Service Assurance. Colin has also contributed to Robert Walters as an Information Technology Business Partner focusing on Hong Kong, Greater China, and Taiwan. Prior roles include Senior IT Service Operation Lead and IT Service Operation Lead at Cathay Pacific Airways and Change Manager for APJ Service Management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Colin Sien holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from RMIT University, earned between 2001 and 2003.
