Heidi Gordon

Heidi Gordon is a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Sun Life, having previously worked as a Quality Check, Editorial Instructional Designer at Performance Development Group, and an Instructional Designer at Heidi Gordon, LLC, where expertise in developing interactive e-learning content was demonstrated. With a diverse background in educational and instructional design roles, Heidi has collaborated internationally to create culturally-inclusive learning materials for children and managed teams to enhance professional development and training in educational settings. Prior experience includes positions with Stillwater Area Public Schools and Anoka-Hennepin School District, focusing on program management, curriculum development, and onboarding processes. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and certifications in Instructional Design and Professional Train the Trainer.
