Hilda Tang

Hilda Tang possesses extensive experience in strategy and enablement within the financial services and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Enablement at Sun Life since August 2018, Hilda has held various leadership positions, including Vice President roles in both the Retail Advice & Solutions and Canada Distribution divisions, as well as Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Prior to Sun Life, Hilda worked at Oliver Wyman, where responsibilities included Principal and Engagement Manager roles, and contributed as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Hilda's early career includes impactful internships at Amazon.com and consulting roles at Oliver Wyman and Telus Mobility. Hilda holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Computer Science from Queen's University.
