Jenny Hill ACC is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Talent Programs within Digital Business Technology Solutions at Sun Life since September 2018. In this role, Jenny leads initiatives aligned with the DBTS Talent Strategy, enhancing talent programs that support over 8,000 employees globally. Previously, Jenny transformed leadership development through innovative programs and has contributed significantly to various organizations, including Jenny R. Hill Consulting, Igloo Software, Economical Insurance, and D2L.
