Kaitlin Pollice

Kaitlin Pollice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise HR Strategic Initiatives at Sun Life since December 2023, Kaitlin has held various leadership roles at the company, including Director of SLFD Sales Performance Effectiveness and Director of Distribution Engagement. Prior to Sun Life, Kaitlin was the Director of Marketing Strategy at FlipGive, enhancing fundraising through digital marketplaces. Additional experience includes managing strategy and intelligence at Syncapse, overseeing integrated marketing communications at Microsoft Corporation, and executing digital campaigns for Intel Corporation while at MRM Worldwide. Kaitlin holds an MSc in Communication, Information and Society from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Honours Specialization in Media, Information and Technoculture from Western University.
