Sheila Wiatr Sokolski

Sheila Wiatr Sokolski serves as the Vice President of Product Strategy and Portfolio Management at Sun Life, overseeing the design and implementation of the product management roadmap for the U.S. Previously, Sheila was the AVP of Product & Marketing, managing the Life, Disability, and Absence Management product suite. A significant portion of Sheila's career was spent at The Hartford, where roles included Assistant Vice President of Group Benefits Operations and Director of various functions such as Group Benefits Sales Execution and Product Management. Sheila's extensive experience spans client acquisition, sales execution strategies, and product management within the insurance industry. Sheila holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Rider University and is currently enrolled in the LIMRA and LOMA Strategic Leadership Experience Program at Wharton Executive Education.
