Shelley Frohlich

Shelley Frohlich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fraud risk management, currently serving as Director of Fraud Risk Management at Sun Life Financial since April 2010. In this role, Shelley leads the Investigative Services Unit, overseeing fraud detection and prevention efforts. Previously, Shelley held various positions at Manulife Financial, including Team Lead and Supervisor in Investigative Services, where responsibilities encompassed leading health fraud prevention programs and conducting investigations. Shelley's background also includes a strong foundation in customer service and communication, having worked as a Customer Service Representative and Health Claims Adjudicator. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Waterloo.
