Michele Lacas

Michele Lacas has extensive experience at Financière Sun Life, starting as a service representative for national accounts from January 2000 to September 2004. Michele advanced to the role of project manager from September 2004 to March 2011, coordinating the implementation of collective insurance plans and maintaining client relationships. Since March 2011, Michele has been serving as a business development manager, overseeing a team of 17 sales assistants and representatives across multiple locations including Montréal, Sudbury, and Ottawa. Michele holds a Certificate in Organizational Leadership and Management from HEC Montréal (2014-2016) and an Administration degree focused on Organizational Leadership from the same institution (1998-2000).
