Michelle Landolt

Michelle Landolt started their work experience in 1998 at Kohl's Department Stores as a Sign Development and Processor. Michelle then moved on to Sentry Insurance in 2000, where they worked as an Initial Handling Unit of Trucking Claims, handling claims and processing statements. In 2002, they joined Couri Insurance Agency, Inc as a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent, helping customers with insurance policies and maintaining client lists. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Couri Insurance Associates, LLC as an Agency Operations & Agency Bill Support, managing daily operational functions and payments. Since 2015, they have been employed at Sun-Maid Growers of California as a Master Data Governance Coordinator, ensuring data synchronization and maintenance for the company. In addition to their main role, they also worked in International Customer Service Relations, handling export orders and preparing necessary documentation.

Michelle Landolt's education history begins with their completion of elementary school at St Matthias Catholic Grade School in 1988. Michelle then attended Pius XI High School and earned their diploma in 1992. Michelle went on to attend the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Organizational Speech Communication.

In 2003, Michelle attended Dearborn Institute and obtained an Insurance License in Property & Casualty Insurance. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Liberty University from 2012 to 2016, specializing in Masters of Business Administration.

Throughout their career, Michelle also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they became a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) through the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives. Additionally, in 2017, Michelle obtained the GS1 Foundations Certificate and the GS1 Standards Certificate from GS1 US. In 2019, they obtained the GS1 Fundamentals Certificate from the same institution.
