Erika Kaupert

Erika Kaupert serves as the Eastern Europe HR Regional Lead and Romania HR Country Head at SUN PHARMA, a role held since July 2015, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries and providing strategic support to a workforce of 1,400 employees. Previously, Erika held the position of Head of HR for Romania at Terapia Ranbaxy since July 2005 and served as HR Manager for Romania at MOL ROMANIA from July 2000 to July 2005. Earlier professional experiences include roles as Economist at Compex, Photo Lab Coordinator and Reproducer at Ardealul Printing house, and Agency Manager and Sales Agent at Loto Pronosport. Key areas of expertise include talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and HR project implementation.
