Katy Thurman

Katy Thurman has a strong background in marketing and communications. From 2014, they served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Missouri Sun Solar, where they managed the company's social media presence, designed promotional materials, and planned and produced promotional videos. Katy also wrote and designed newsletters, blogs, and brochures, and acted as a company spokesperson. Prior to their role at Missouri Sun Solar, Katy worked as a News Producer at KOLR & KSFX from 2011 to 2012, where they wrote and produced nighttime news shows, edited news videos, and reported local news stories.

Katy Thurman completed their Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Missouri State University from 2006 to 2010.
