Austin deButts

Austin deButts has extensive experience in clean energy and project development, currently serving as Vice President of Origination at Sun Tribe since May 2020, where previous roles included Senior Director and Director of Origination. Austin is also a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, having participated in a highly competitive training program focused on energy policy and innovation since September 2017. Prior experience includes project development and analysis roles at Sol Systems from May 2016 to September 2019, and a Policy Analyst Intern position at NRGSolutions in April 2015. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in Public and International Affairs, featuring a certificate in Spanish, and has also pursued studies at Reykjavik University and Universidad de Belgrano.
