Alan McGookin

Alan McGookin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Alan started their career as an Electronic Engineer at CERN in 1991. Alan then worked as a Factory Manager at McVitie's UK from 1992 to 2000, where they implemented new packaging technologies and led cost-saving initiatives. At United Biscuits, they served as a Group Project Manager from 2000 to 2007, where they established a cost-saving Center of Excellence and generated significant profit improvements. Alan went on to work at various companies in roles such as Engineering Consultant, Interim Management Specialist, and Senior Project Manager. Alan joined GSK Consumer Healthcare in 2013 as a Manufacturing Specialist and remained there until 2019. In 2019, they became the Director of Engineering at LEES OF SCOTLAND LIMITED, and later that year, they joined Sunamp as the Director of Manufacturing Operations.
