Jessica Costa

Jessica Costa has experience working as a Children's Service Coordinator at Sunbeam Community and Developmental Services where Jessica provides service coordination to families with children under the age of eighteen with developmental disabilities in Waterloo Region. Previously, Jessica worked as an Intake Resource Coordinator at Developmental Services Ontario where Jessica maintained general knowledge of the DSO process, provided information on services and supports, and facilitated referrals. Prior to that, Jessica worked as a Direct Support Professional at KW Habilitation supporting individuals with life skills and empowering them to manage daily living. Jessica holds a diploma in Social Services from Conestoga College and a certificate in Human Services Foundation.
