Kaydee Norton is a licensed professional counselor candidate currently serving as an Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Clinician at Sunbeam Family Services since May 2023. Previously, Kaydee held the position of Senior Project Manager Early Childhood at Public Strategies from November 2019 to May 2023, focusing on projects and research for low-income populations in child and human development, behavior, and mental health. Other roles include Implementation Specialist, where assessment and implementation of improvement initiatives took place, and Research Assistant, managing participants in research studies aimed at community improvement. Additionally, Kaydee worked as CQI Manager for Family Expectations, overseeing initiatives stipulated by the OFA grant, and as a Psychology Intern at Turning Point Counseling, providing therapy to children and families. Kaydee's educational background includes a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma.
