Phil Holt has extensive experience in the field of mergers, acquisitions, and business sales. Phil started their career in 1995 as a Mergers & Acquisitions Intermediary at Active Business Solutions, Inc., where they worked until April 2006. Phil then joined Sunbelt Business Sales & Acquisitions in June 2005 as the President and Principal Broker/Intermediary. Since January 2007, Phil has been the Owner and Principal Intermediary/Advisor at Strategic Mergers & Acquisitions. In this role, they specialize in facilitating mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, management buy-outs, recapitalizations, and business exit planning for U.S.-based, lower middle market businesses with revenues around $5 million.
