Greg Kells

Greg Kells has a wealth of experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions and business brokerage. Greg has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Chairman of Sunbelt Mergers & Acquisitions, President of Sunbelt Business Brokers Canada, President/Owner of Sunbelt Business Brokers, and Chairman of Business Valuation Canada. Additionally, they have served as Chairman of the Canadian Institute of Nature, Vice President/Director of impatica, President/Chair of Next Wave Interactive, President of Kells & Associates, Chair/CEO of Rockport Boat Lines, and Chairman of the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution. Greg Kells started their education in 1961 at Almonte High School, where they studied Arts until 1965. Greg then attended Arnprior & District High School from 1966 to 1967. In 1968, they enrolled at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration until 1970. That same year, they also attended Ottawa Teachers College to study Education.

In terms of certifications, Greg Kells obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they became a Real Estate and Business Broker certified by the Real Estate Council of Ontario. In 2005, they became a Life Member of the Institute of Business Appraisers. In 2006, they obtained the certification of Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser from the NEBB Institute. In 2007, they became a Certified Senior Business Analyst through the International Society of Business Analysts. In 2009, they obtained the certification of Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary from the M&A Source. Finally, in 2012, they became a Business Certified Appraiser through the International Society of Business Appraisers.
