Neil Chivers serves as the Learning & Development Digital Lead at Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland since January 2011, where responsibilities include building and inspiring career pathways while identifying innovative opportunities. By collaborating with the Head of Learning & Development and key stakeholders, Neil shapes training plans that align with business objectives. With a background that includes roles such as Learning and Development Training Lead, Regional Trainer in Corporate Development, and Rental Manager, Neil also contributes as a Rugby Referee for the Rugby Football Union since July 2018.
