Marisa Sadler

Marisa Sadler has a diverse work experience history. Marisa began their career at UMB Bank in 2007, where they held various roles as a Teller, Retail Specialist, Customer Service Specialist, and Operations Manager until 2014. Marisa then joined Solomon Corporation in 2014 as a Human Resources/Recruiter, and stayed with the company until 2018. In 2019, they transitioned to Sunbelt Solomon, starting as a Human Resources Operations Manager until 2020, when they became the Compensation Benefits Manager. In 2020, they were promoted to Human Resources Director, and most recently in 2022, they assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources.

Marisa Sadler obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Fort Hays State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Kansas Wesleyan University from 2017 to 2018. In 2016, they also obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
