Kristin Nutt

Kristin Nutt has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Kristin most recently worked as the Director of Finance at Suncadia Resort starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Accounting Manager at Householder Group Estate & Retirement Specialists, LLC from December 2021 to January 2023. From March 2020 to December 2021, Kristin held the position of Director of Accounting at Issaquah Bookkeeping & Accounting Services. Before that, they worked as the Director of Finance at Great Wolf Lodge from January 2018 to March 2020. Kristin also has experience as a Financial Analyst at InDemand Interpreting from April 2016 to December 2017 and as a Senior Cost Analyst at James Farrell & Company from April 2012 to April 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Interstate Distributor Co. from May 2004 to March 2012. Furthermore, they have served as a Controller at Clopay Building Products from 2000 to 2003 and as an Accountant at Simula Automotive Safety Devices from 1997 to 2000.

Kristin Nutt completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Computer Science at Centralia College from 1983 to 1985. Kristin then pursued their education at Portland State University's School of Business from 1985 to 1990, where they focused on Accounting but did not earn a specific degree. Later, in 2012 to 2013, Kristin obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University.
