Shelley has held various positions such as Clinical Services and Research Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist, Donor Services Supervisor, and Problem Investigator Associate II. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and an Associate degree in Mass Communications from Hillsborough Community College, Shelley has a strong educational background. Throughout their career, Shelley has demonstrated expertise in coordinating clinical trials, implementing quality assurance policies, conducting problem investigations, and providing excellent customer service.
