Bob Hyde's work experience begins with their current role as the Vice President - Community Impact at Suncoast Credit Union, which they started in January 2023. Bob Hyde has an extensive education history. Bob first attended Branford High School, although the dates of their enrollment are unknown. After high school, they went on to Villanova University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in an unspecified field of study from 1989 to 1993. Bob later returned to Villanova University in 2000 and 2001 to pursue an MBA and BA in Finance.

In 2005 and 2006, Bob attended the U.S. Naval War College and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in National Security and Strategic Studies.

Additionally, Bob has obtained several certifications, including the Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME) certification from the Credit Union National Association in 2016. In 2023, they acquired certifications in Influencing with Diplomacy from Wharton Executive Education, Maximizing Operational Efficiency from MIT Sloan Executive Education, Communicating Persuasively & Building Trust from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Simplifying Complex Decision-Making from Yale School of Management, Aligning Team Priorities from ExecOnline, and the Credit Union Development Educator certification from the National Credit Union Foundation.
