Kyle Schwab

Kyle Schwab currently serves as Associate General Counsel at SunCoke Energy since March 2023. Previously, Kyle worked as an Associate at Cooley LLP from March 2021 to December 2022 and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as an Associate from September 2018 to March 2021, with an earlier role as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2017. Kyle's foundational experience includes serving as a Youth Care Worker at the Northampton County Juvenile Justice Center, where standards of behavior for juvenile delinquents were established and monitored. Additionally, Kyle gained experience as a Finance Intern with the Beyer Campaign for State Representative and as a Legal Intern at Forry Ullman Attorneys at Law. Kyle holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Policy from Dickinson College, awarded in 2014.
