Joshua Splaine

Joshua Splaine is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and reliability engineering, particularly within the mining sector at Suncor since May 2012. Joshua holds various leadership roles, including Manager of Mechanical Engineering for the Base Plant and Reliability Engineering Manager, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency in tailings management. Prior roles included Fine Tailings Maintenance Superintendent and Coarse Tailings Maintenance Supervisor, where Joshua led teams of heavy equipment operators and welders.
