Geoff Glicksman

Geoff Glicksman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people data, reporting, and analytics within the HR sector. Currently serving as the Manager of People Data, Reporting & Analytics at Suncorp Group since September 2023, Glicksman previously held the role of Head of HR Reporting and Analytics at Allianz Australia, where responsibilities included enhancing the People Analytics function and providing actionable insights through data visualization tools. Prior to Allianz, Glicksman worked at Optus for over 13 years, progressing from Analyst to People Analytics Manager, leading teams in delivering business intelligence and analytics for various HR functions. A foundational part of Glicksman's career was spent in financial control and reporting roles at major banks, including Rabobank, Deutsche Bank, and Commonwealth Bank. Glicksman holds a degree in Management, Accounting, and Business/Management from the University of Technology in Durban, South Africa.
