Kelly Frank

Kelly Frank has extensive experience in hospice care, currently serving as the Hospice Administrator at Suncrest Home Health & Hospice since December 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly held significant positions at Brookdale Hospice from January 2015 to December 2021, including Hospice Director and Director of Clinical Services. Kelly began their career in hospice at LifeCare Hospice, working from August 2004 to January 2015 as a Patient Care Coordinator and RN Hospice Case Manager. Kelly completed a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing at Malone University and obtained an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Excelsior University.
