Lisa Consolino Hancock, LCSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work, currently serving as a Medical Social Worker at Suncrest Home Health & Hospice since August 2018. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Blue Moon Senior Counseling from April 2013 to March 2020, and as a Primary Therapist at St. Vincent's Hospital from December 1995 to October 2003. Earlier career positions include Case Manager at Pathways Inc from June 1994 to December 1998, and a Direct Care Counselor at Agape of Appleton, Inc. from June 1991 to August 1993.
