Rachel Berger

Rachel Berger is an experienced social services professional currently serving as the Director of Social Services and Interim Admissions Director at LIVIA Health & Senior Living since December 2023. Previously, Rachel held the position of Senior Director of Social Services at CareOne Management LLC from February 2018 to May 2023 and served as Director of Social Services at Lincoln Park Care Center from January 2015 to March 2018.
