Deana (Dennis) Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Deana started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Suite Manager at Barrister Executive Suites, where they assisted in front desk operations and leasing office space. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as an Office Manager at Innovative Air, Inc., where they managed various aspects of the business such as scheduling, client relations, and payroll. Deana then joined Wedgewood Inc. in 2013 as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Broker of Record/VP of Sales. Their responsibilities included managing calendars and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. Most recently, they joined Sundae in 2019. Deana initially worked as a Broker Administrator, where they handled day-to-day brokerage operations, licensing, compliance, and website maintenance. In March 2021, they were promoted to Resale Operations Manager, overseeing office fundamentals and streamlining processes within the resale department.

Deana (Dennis) Andrews attended El Camino College from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Deana did not obtain a degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Deana obtained their California Licensed Real Estate Salesperson certification from the California Department of Real Estate in June 2016. Deana also obtained their Notary Public certification from the National Notary Association in December 2019. In August 2017, Deana obtained their Washington Real Estate Broker License from the Washington State Department of Licensing. Furthermore, in October 2022, they received the Certified Transaction Coordinator certification from the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Their most recent certification is the Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: CA Managers Edition V5, which they obtained from Traliant in March 2023.
