Matthew Berg

Matthew Berg has work experience in a variety of roles and industries. Matthew started working at FXCM in 2014 as a Financial Services Representative before being promoted to Team Lead, Financial Services in 2015. In this role, Matthew evaluated the marketplace, sales statistics, and CRM reports to increase account redeposit rates, dormant account conversions, and client satisfaction. Matthew also led a team of high-performing Financial Service Representatives, managed projects and conducted training sessions for new product launches, and contributed to hiring and training new staff members. During their time at FXCM, Matthew consistently achieved and exceeded department KPIs, leading to significant growth in live account deposits and high net worth account upgrades.

In 2017, Matthew joined Kiavi as a Customer Growth Specialist before progressing through roles such as Broker Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Senior Strategic Account Manager, and eventually becoming a Strategic Experience Manager - Team Lead. At Kiavi, they played a key role in managing customer relationships, driving growth in accounts, and leading a team of specialists.

In 2022, Matthew joined Sundae as a Senior Account Executive - Loan Sales. Sundae's mission is to help owners of dated or distressed houses sell in their time of need, offering the best price guarantee and no fees. In this role, Matthew assists homeowners in selling their properties as-is.

Matthew Berg attended San Diego State University and completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Financial Services in 2014.
